PaperDeck
A cardholder
with an
e-paper screen.
Your loyalty barcodes, boarding passes, and notes — on a screen that's readable in direct sunlight and lasts weeks on a charge.
Launching on Kickstarter Nov 6, 2026. No spam, one email when it goes live.

Legibility
Readable where
screens aren't.
E-paper reflects light instead of emitting it. In direct sun it gets easier to read, not harder. Hold it up at the checkout and the barcode scans off the panel.
What it shows
Six faces, one panel.

Home
The default face — today's date, next event, battery.

Loyalty cards
Scan the barcode straight off the panel.

Tickets
Boarding passes and event QRs, ready before you reach the gate.

To-do
Check items off with the buttons. No phone needed.

Payments
Your receive QR. Hold it up, they scan, you get paid — no app in between.

Reading
Plain-text books, paginated on device.
The modular system
Stack what
you need.
The panel is the base. Everything else clips on — and comes off when you don't want it. Carry four cards on Monday and nothing but the panel on Saturday.

In development
PaperDeck Solar
A solar panel module that tops up the battery in ambient light. Prototyping now, not yet confirmed for the campaign. We'll show it working before we ask anyone to pay for it.
Special edition · security research
CyberDeck
A distinct board variant with onboard RF hardware, built for security research on your own devices — not for opening anyone else's. Most modern keyfobs use rolling codes; this mainly speaks to older fixed-code fobs, garage doors, and gate remotes.
Early development. Legal and regulatory review isn't complete — treat everything here as a prototype, not a promise.

Pricing and pledge tiers announced at launch. Delivery estimated Q2 2027 — building hardware takes longer than anyone wants it to, and we'd rather say so now.
